How to choose travel printables

Travel printables suit the trip you are actually taking rather than the one in a brochure: a half-term with two connecting flights, a first solo route, or a group booking where somebody has to collect everyone's passport details. Print them, punch them into a folder, and you have a paper backup that still works when a phone is flat, roaming is off, or the airport wifi asks for a code you never received.

Pick by trip length and by who is coming. A weekend needs a one-page packing list and nothing more; a three-week route needs a day-by-day itinerary, a budget sheet and a document checklist that survives a border queue. If children are travelling, the road-trip and activity packs are the pages that earn their keep at the gate. Check the size list as well - A5 pages fit a passport wallet, A4 pages fit a ring binder without trimming.
