Frequently asked questions

You can pay with a card, UPI, NetBanking or a wallet through Razorpay, or with an international card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Both are offered at checkout, so use whichever suits you. There is nothing to install and no account to open.

Yes. Payment is taken on the Razorpay and Stripe systems, not on ours. Your card number, CVV and bank login never reach us, so we cannot store them even by accident. What comes back to us is a confirmation that the payment succeeded, and the email address your files should go to.

No. There is no sign-up and no password to remember. Add what you want to the cart, enter your email address at checkout, pay, and the files are yours. Use an address you can open easily, because that is where the download links are sent.

Yes. Stripe handles international cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, so buyers in the US, UK, Europe, Australia and most other countries can check out normally. Everything we sell is a download, so there is no delivery address, no postage and no customs.

Prices are set in Indian Rupees. You can switch the display to US Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Australian Dollars or Canadian Dollars with the selector in the header, and that figure is a close guide rather than the exact charge. The payment provider converts at its own rate on the day, and your bank may add a foreign transaction fee, so the amount on your statement can differ a little.

The price on the product page is the price you pay. There is no delivery charge, because nothing is posted, and no fee appears at the last step. Where a tax applies to your order it is shown before you pay and it is listed on your receipt.

Straight away. As soon as your payment is confirmed the download links appear on the confirmation page, and the same links are emailed to you. Nothing is packed and nothing is posted, so there is no delivery date to wait for.

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder first, then search your inbox for the order number or the shop name. The links are also on the confirmation page you saw after paying, so you can download from there in the meantime. If it is still missing, contact us with the address you used at checkout and we will send it again.

Ask us to resend your email

Links stay live for 72 hours (3 days) from the moment you buy. The limit is deliberate: a link that never expires is a link that ends up shared. Save the files to your phone, your laptop or your own cloud storage while the link works, and you keep them for good.

Each file can be downloaded 5 times. That is enough to save it on a couple of devices with room for a false start. Once a file is on your device you can open and print it as often as you like, because the limit is on downloading, not on printing.

Yes. The links open in any mobile browser. On an iPhone the file usually lands in the Files app, and on Android in your Downloads folder. If you plan to print, it is often easier to open the email on a computer, or to save the file to your own cloud storage and print from there.

You can, as long as you are inside the 72 hour window and under the 5 download limit. After that the link stops working. If you have lost your files, contact us with your order number and we will help. Nobody is left without the thing they paid for.

A PDF is a fixed page layout. It looks the same on every screen and prints exactly as it was designed, which is why nearly everything we sell is one. You do not need to buy anything to open a PDF, because phones, tablets and computers all read them already.

For the printables, no. Any PDF reader works and your device has one built in. A few other products need their usual tool: SVG cut files open in Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio, fonts install through your operating system, and Canva templates open in a free Canva account. Every product page lists the formats before you buy.

Most are print-ready rather than editable, so the page you see is the page you print. Where a product is editable, the product page says so and names the tool you edit it in. If editing matters to you, check that line first, or ask us and we will confirm before you spend anything.

A ZIP is one file that holds several others, used when a product has more than one file or is arranged in folders. On Windows, right click it and choose Extract All. On a Mac, double click it. On a phone, tap it and choose unzip or extract. Inside are the PDFs and any other files, named so you can see what is what.

Every printable includes both A4 and US Letter unless the product page says otherwise. You get two files in the same download, one laid out for each sheet, so there is nothing to choose at checkout - open the one that matches the paper in your tray. The pages are laid out again for the second size rather than scaled to it, which is why a handwriting line is the same height on both. US Letter is the shorter sheet, so in one or two of the very long maths packs the same pages need an extra sheet or two.

Any home printer, inkjet or laser. Ordinary copier paper is fine for worksheets, checklists and planners. For flashcards, invitations and anything that will be handled a lot, heavier paper of around 160 to 200 gsm lasts much longer.

Yes. Printing at a local shop or through an online printer is allowed, as long as the copies are for your own use or your own classroom. Give them the PDF as it is and ask for 100% scale with no fitting or shrinking. What you must not do is leave the file with them to keep, or let them print it for other customers.

Yes. Choose greyscale or black and white in your printer settings. The designs use clear lines and strong contrast, so they stay readable without colour and use far less ink. Where a product includes a separate low ink version, the product page lists it among the files.

Almost always because the printer resized the page to fit. In the print dialogue set Scale to 100%, or choose Actual Size, and switch off Fit to Page and Shrink Oversized Pages. Then check that the paper size in the dialogue matches the sheets in your tray, A4 or US Letter. Get those two settings right and the page prints at true size every time.

Yes, as many as you need. There is no page limit, no print count and no expiry. Print a fresh copy every week for each of your children, or a set for every child in your class. The limit is on sharing the file, never on your printer.

Yes. One teacher may use a purchase with their own class, including a printed copy for every child, and may use it again in later years. It does not stretch to other teachers, a whole year group or a school network. Schools that want several teachers covered can email us for a multi-teacher licence.

Licence terms for teachers

Please do not. The licence covers you and your own household or classroom, so the file should not be emailed, uploaded or copied to anyone else. Send your friend the product link instead. Printed pages you have already made for your own family or class are yours to use as normal.

Not with the printables, which are for personal and single classroom use. The Design Assets for Creators category works differently: its SVG cut files, clipart, presets, editable templates and background packs come with an extended licence that lets you sell the physical items you make yourself, with no unit limit. Selling the digital file itself is never allowed.

Photos of your printed pages in use are welcome anywhere: Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, a blog or a school newsletter. A credit or a link back is appreciated but not required. What you cannot post is the file itself, or a scan or screenshot complete enough for someone to print from.

As a rule, no. Once a file has been delivered it cannot be handed back, so a change of mind is not refunded. That is normal for digital goods and it is said plainly before you pay. It is not the whole story though, so read the next two answers as well.

Then we put it right, every time. A file that is faulty, corrupt, incomplete or not as described is replaced with a working one or refunded in full, whichever you would rather have. Contact us with your order number and tell us which device and app you tried, as that usually points straight at the cause.

Report a problem with a file

Tell us as soon as you notice. In most cases we swap it for the product you meant to buy, and if you have not downloaded anything yet that is simple to do. We would much rather you ended up with something you use than hold you to a slip of the finger.
