Delivery and shipping policy

In one line. Everything WorksheetJar sells is a digital file. Nothing is printed or posted to you, and there is no shipping charge. Your download links appear on screen the moment your payment is confirmed, and a copy is sent to your email.

1. What you receive

Every product is a digital download: PDF files (and, where the product page says so, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, image or ZIP files). You print them yourself, at home or at any print shop, as many times as the licence on the product page allows.

2. When and how it is delivered

Instantly, on screen. As soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment, the order page shows a download button for every file you bought.
By email. The same links are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a minute. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
Any time later. The My downloads page sends fresh links to the email you ordered with.

Each download link stays valid for 72 hours and can be used up to 5 times per file. If a link has expired, ask for a new one on the My downloads page or by writing to us - it is free.

3. Shipping charges and physical delivery

There are none. No physical product is shipped, so there is no shipping fee, no courier, no delivery address needed, and no delivery time beyond the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery works the same for customers in every country.

4. If your files do not arrive

Occasionally a bank confirms a payment a few minutes late, or an email filter catches our message. If you have paid and do not see your links within 30 minutes, write to [email protected] with your order number or the email you used, and we will send your files directly. If we cannot deliver a file you paid for, you are refunded in full - see our refund policy.
