These terms explain what you get when you buy from WorksheetJar, what we promise, and what we ask of you. They apply every time you place an order, so please read them before you pay. Paying means you accept them.

They sit alongside two other pages: our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. The Licence Terms set out in detail what you may do with the files.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

WorksheetJar is a small digital download business run from India by its founder. Everything we sell is a file. We hold no stock and we operate no warehouse.

We aim to reply within one working day. Email is the fastest way to reach us, because it gives us the order details we need to help. You can also use the contact form.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean WorksheetJar. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. What we sell

We sell digital downloads only. Nothing is posted and nothing is shipped. There is no physical product, no packaging and no delivery address.

Most items are printable PDFs. Some are editable templates, fonts, cut files or image packs. Every printable includes both A4 and US Letter sizes unless the product page says otherwise.

To use what you buy you need a device that can open the file and, for printables, either a home printer or a print shop. Product pages list the file formats, the number of pages and any software you need. If you are unsure whether an item will work for you, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly.

3. How an order is formed and when it is complete

The steps are deliberately simple.

1. Adding an item to your cart is not an order. Nothing is reserved and nothing is charged.
2. When you submit payment at checkout you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown.
3. We accept that offer when we send you the confirmation email containing your download links. At that moment a contract exists between us.
4. Your order is complete once the files have been delivered. Because delivery is instant, this normally happens within a minute of payment.

Occasionally we cannot accept an order. That may be because the payment did not clear, because we have withdrawn an item, because of an obvious pricing error, or because the order looks fraudulent. If that happens we will tell you by email and refund anything you have paid, in full.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. The payment method you use must be your own, or used with the account holder’s permission.

4. Prices and currency

All our prices are set in Indian Rupees (INR). That is the price the shop works from.

If you switch the site to another currency, the figure you see is an approximate conversion shown to help you judge the cost. It is a guide, not the final amount.

The actual charge is made by the payment provider, using its own exchange rate at the time of payment. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own rate as well, and may add a foreign transaction fee. For those reasons the amount on your statement can differ slightly from the converted figure shown on the site. The rupee price is the one that governs the sale.

Where a tax applies to your purchase, it is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

5. Payment providers

Payments are handled by two providers, and we accept customers worldwide.

• Razorpay — cards, UPI, NetBanking and wallets.
• Stripe — international cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payment is taken on the provider’s own secure systems, not on ours.

We never see and never store your card number, your CVV or your bank login details. Those go straight from you to the provider. What comes back to us is confirmation that the payment succeeded, together with a reference we use to match the payment to your order. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

6. Delivery of your files

Delivery is by email and on screen, immediately after payment. You do not have to wait for us to do anything by hand.

• Your download links appear on the confirmation page as soon as the payment succeeds.
• The same links are emailed to the address you gave at checkout.
• Each link stays active for 72 hours from the moment of purchase.
• Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times.

Please save the files to your own device or cloud storage as soon as you get them. The links are there to let you collect your purchase, not to store it for you.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first. If a link has expired, or you have used up the downloads, email [email protected] with your order id and we will issue a fresh link. There is no charge for that.

Giving us a correct email address is your responsibility. If the address has a typo we cannot deliver, and we will need you to contact us so we can put it right.

7. Acceptable use and the licence

When you buy a file you are buying a licence to use it. You are not buying the design itself. The full terms are on the Licence page. The short version is below.

What you may do

• Print the file as many times as you like, for your own family, at home.
• Use it in one classroom, taught by one teacher, printed as often as needed.
• Keep your own backup copy of the file for your own use.

What you may not do

• Resell, rent, share or give away the file, in whole or in part.
• Upload it anywhere other people can download it, including shared drives, group chats, forums and resource sites.
• Pass it to colleagues, other classrooms or a whole school on one licence. Ask us about a school licence instead.
• Claim the artwork or wording as your own, or register it as a trade mark.
• Use the file, or any part of it, to train a machine learning model.

Items in the Design Assets for Creators category carry a wider licence: you may also sell physical items that you make yourself using them. Even then, you may not sell or share the digital file.

If the licence is breached we may withdraw it. That does not limit any other remedy available to us.

8. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own the copyright and every other right in the files we sell, in the artwork and text inside them, and in this website, including its wording, layout, images and code. Nothing you buy transfers ownership to you.

Fonts, images and other elements used inside our products are either created by us or used under licences that permit their use in the products we sell.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the details and we will look into it promptly.

9. What happens if a file is faulty

We check our files before they go on sale, but mistakes are possible. A file is faulty if it is corrupt, will not open in the software the product page names, is missing pages that were promised, or is materially different from its description.

If that happens, email [email protected] with your order id and tell us what you are seeing. We will do one of three things, in this order.

1. Help you open or print the file, if the problem can be solved that way.
2. Send you a corrected or replacement file.
3. Refund you, if we cannot put it right.

Our Refund Policy sets out when we refund and how to ask. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Please bear in mind that colours look different on different screens and printers, and that home printers vary in what they can produce. A difference of that kind is not a fault. Our printing guide covers the settings that make the biggest difference.

10. Limitation of liability

This section is meant to be fair rather than one-sided, so here is what it actually means.

We are responsible to you for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you placed your order.

We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss of profit, business, contracts or opportunity, or for problems caused by your own equipment, software or internet connection.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.

Our products are educational, organisational and creative resources. They are not professional advice. Travel planners, budget templates and similar items are tools to help you organise your own decisions. Please use your own judgement and, where it matters, take proper professional advice.

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot promise it. We may suspend it for maintenance, or for reasons outside our control.

11. We may update products and these terms

We improve our files over time. If we release a better version of something you have bought, we will give you access to it where we reasonably can. The version delivered to you remains yours to use under the licence you bought.

We may also withdraw a product from sale. That does not affect files already delivered to you.

These terms may change, for example if the law changes or we add a new service. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

12. Governing law and how disputes are handled

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia or anywhere else with mandatory consumer protection, you keep the benefit of that protection. Where your local law gives you more rights than these terms do, your local law applies.

Almost every problem is solved by an email. Before doing anything formal, please write to [email protected] with your order id and a short description of the issue. We will reply within one working day and try to put it right.

If we do not enforce a term straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
