Cancellation and refund policy
Last updated 28 September 2026
We sell digital files. Once a file has been delivered it cannot be handed back, so this policy cannot work the way a returns policy for physical goods does. What it can do is be clear about the cases where we refund, the cases where we do not, and how to ask. Nothing here is designed to make a refund hard to get.
Cancellations
Orders are delivered the moment payment clears, so a paid order cannot be cancelled once its download link has been sent. If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, tell us and we will usually swap it (see "Bought the wrong thing?" below). If a payment fails or is left unfinished, no order is placed and nothing is delivered; any amount your bank has already deducted comes back to you as described under "How the money comes back".
1. Why digital downloads are treated differently
There is nothing to send back. The moment your download link is used you hold a permanent copy of the file, and we have no way to take it back or to know whether it is still in use. For that reason the sale is treated as final once delivery has happened, which is standard for digital goods and is stated on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
This does not remove any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Where your local law gives you more than this policy does, your local law applies.
2. When we refund
In these situations you get your money back, and you do not have to argue for it.
- The file is faulty. It is corrupt, will not open in the software the product page names, or is missing pages that were promised.
- The file is not as described. What arrived is materially different from what the product page said you would get.
- You were charged twice. A duplicate charge for the same order is refunded in full, without question.
- You bought the same product twice. Tell us and we refund the second purchase.
- Delivery failed and we could not fix it. If we cannot get the files to you at all, you should not be paying for them.
- The payment was not authorised by you. Tell us straight away and we will refund and help you with your bank.
With a faulty file we will usually offer to replace it first, because most people would rather have the working file than the money. If the replacement does not solve it, or you would simply rather have the refund, say so and we will process it.
3. When we do not refund
Being straight about this is fairer than a vague policy that disappoints people later.
- A change of mind after the files have been delivered.
- You bought something without reading the description, and it is not what you assumed.
- You do not own or cannot use the software a product needs, where the product page named it.
- Your printer cannot produce the result you hoped for, or the colours look different on paper than on screen.
- You expected an editable file and the product page said print ready, or the reverse.
- Your download link expired or ran out of downloads. That is not a fault and it is not a reason for a refund. Ask us and we will issue a new link at no charge.
- You want a refund but intend to keep using the files.
If you are unsure whether a product will suit you, ask us before you buy. Tell us what you need it for and we will tell you honestly whether it fits, including when the answer is no.
4. Bought the wrong thing?
This is not really a refund question, and we treat it separately. Tell us as soon as you notice and in most cases we will swap it for the product you meant to buy. If you have not downloaded anything yet, that is simple. If you have, we will still look at it sensibly. We would rather you ended up with something you use than hold you to a slip of the finger.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Write to us within 30 days of your order Email [email protected] or use the contact form. Later requests are still read, but the sooner you write the easier it is to check what happened.
- Include your order id and the email address you paid with Both are at the top of your order email. They let us find the exact files you received instead of guessing.
- Tell us what went wrong Which product, what you expected, and what you actually got. If a file will not open, name the device and the app you tried. A screenshot helps more than a paragraph.
- We reply within one working day Usually with a fix, a replacement file or a refund. If we need anything else from you we will ask in that first reply rather than dragging it out over several.
6. How the money comes back
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different card, a different account or as store credit unless you ask for credit and we agree to it.
- We send the refund to Razorpay or Stripe as soon as it is agreed, usually the same working day.
- The provider and your bank then decide how quickly it appears. Cards typically take five to ten working days. UPI and wallets are often faster.
- Currency conversion is handled by the payment provider. Because rates move, the amount you receive in your own currency can differ slightly from the amount you paid.
- We do not deduct a fee from a refund.
If the money has not reached you after ten working days, write to us. We will send you the refund reference from the payment provider so you can give it to your bank.
7. Access after a refund
When an order is refunded the licence for those files ends, and any remaining download links stop working. Please delete the files you were refunded for. Keeping and using a file you have been paid back for is a breach of the licence terms.
8. Before you open a chargeback
If something has gone wrong, please email us first. A chargeback is slower than a refund, it gives us no way to explain or replace the file, and it takes weeks to resolve through your bank. We have never refused to look at a genuine problem, and a single email is nearly always the faster route.
Where we can see that files were downloaded and no problem was ever reported to us, we will put that evidence to the payment provider. That is not a threat, it is simply how the chargeback process works and it is fairer to say so here.
9. Contact
Refunds and order problems
- Email: [email protected]
- Contact form: the contact page on this site
- Please include your order id and the address you paid with.
Download links stay live for 72 hours and allow 5 downloads per file. If yours has run out, ask for a new one rather than a refund and you will have it the same day.
