WorksheetJar is a small digital shop. We design printable PDFs and templates, and we send them to you by email within seconds of payment. There is no shipping, no waiting and nothing to unpack.
This page explains who makes the files, how they are put together, and what happens if something goes wrong after you buy.
Why this shop exists
Most printable shops are built for someone browsing on a quiet Sunday. This one is built for someone who needs the sheet tonight.
A parent hears at bedtime that their child is finding pencil work hard, and wants tracing pages ready for the morning. A teacher has an indoor break on Monday and nothing planned for it. Somebody leaves on a trip in three days with a hotel booking buried in an inbox and no packing list at all.
In none of those cases is the problem a shortage of material online. The problem is the hour it takes to find something usable. The free file carries a watermark. The pack turns out to be a three-page sample of a paid one. The pages are sized for a printer on the other side of the world, so the margins get cut off. The download asks you to create an account before it will hand anything over.
We built this shop to remove that hour. Find the pack, pay, print. That is the whole idea.
What we sell
Seven collections, all of them digital downloads. Nothing is posted to you.
Most packs are print-ready PDFs. A few, mainly in Creators, are editable templates, fonts, image packs or SVG cut files. Every product page lists the page count, the file formats and exactly what is inside before you buy.
How the printables are made
Everything is designed in house. We do not buy ready-made packs and resell them under our own name, and no file goes from a design tool straight into the shop.
Each pack goes through the same routine before it is listed:
- Written around a real task. A worksheet has to teach one thing clearly. A planner has to survive a real week. We decide what a pack is for before drawing a single page.
- Laid out twice. A4 and US Letter are built as separate layouts, not one file scaled to fit the other. Scaling moves the margins and shrinks handwriting lines, and children notice that long before adults do.
- Checked at print size. Every page of every pack is rendered at full size and measured, so nothing sits in the strip at the edge of the sheet that a home printer cannot reach, and no chart loses its last column.
- Checked for ink. Colour is kept for the parts that need it, and the practice pages stay black and white. Where a pack is colour throughout, a separate greyscale copy goes into the download and the product page lists it. Nobody should need a full colour cartridge to print a chore chart.
- Read once more for the words. Fonts, instructions and labels are checked so a child can read them and an adult does not have to explain them first.
What we promise
- Instant delivery. Download links appear on the confirmation screen and arrive by email at the same time. Links stay active for 72 hours, and each file can be downloaded up to 5 times, which is enough to save it on a phone, a laptop and a school computer.
- Both paper sizes. A4 and US Letter are included in every printable unless the product page says otherwise - two files, one for each sheet, in the same download.
- A licence you can follow. Print as many copies as you like for your own family, or for one teacher in one classroom. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed. Files in Design Assets for Creators go one step further: you may sell physical items you make with them yourself.
- Real help. If a link expires, a PDF will not open, or a page prints at the wrong size, write to us. We reissue links, and we would rather fix the file than argue about it. The detail is on the licence terms and refund policy pages.
Who is behind it
WorksheetJar is an independent business, run from India. It is not a marketplace, and there is no large team behind it. The person who designs the files is the person who answers the support email.
The founder also runs a travel company, which is an unusual thing to find behind a printables shop. It shows in one corner of the catalogue. The travel planners come out of real tour-operating work: the itineraries, budgets and packing lists used to keep actual travellers organised on actual trips. So they leave room for the things that go wrong. A delayed train. A monument closed on a Tuesday. A day when nobody wants to move before ten.
We sell worldwide. Prices are set in Indian rupees, and you can switch the display currency in the header. Payment goes through Razorpay, which handles cards, UPI, NetBanking and wallets, and Stripe, which handles international cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Buyers in the US, the UK, Europe and Australia are as easy to serve as buyers here, because there is nothing to ship.
We are new, and that is the point
This shop opened recently. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and we are not going to invent customer numbers, awards or reviews to fill the gap. When we have those, they will be real ones.
Being new does carry one genuine advantage. Nothing here is an old file still on sale because it once did well in search. Every pack in the catalogue was drawn recently, at current paper sizes, using the words parents and teachers actually use now.
It also means your opinion counts for more than it would in a big shop. If a worksheet is too easy, a planner is missing a column, or there is a pack you want that we do not have, tell us at [email protected] or through the contact page. Early buyers shape what gets made next, and we read every message.
