Before you write

Three things go wrong more often than anything else, and each one has a faster answer here than waiting for a reply.

The download link has expired

Links stay live for 72 hours and allow 5 downloads per file. Once either runs out the link stops working, which is normal rather than a fault. Send us the order ID and we will issue a fresh link. How downloading works

The file will not open

This is nearly always the reader rather than the file. Open the PDF in a desktop browser or a proper PDF reader instead of a phone preview, and make sure the download finished before you opened it. Read the FAQ

It printed at the wrong size

Set printer scaling to 100 per cent or Actual size, not Fit to page, and print the sheet that matches your paper. Every pack holds both A4 and US Letter. Printing settings
