About this printable
Menus and place cards are the last stationery job before the wedding, and usually the one done at midnight with a guest list that changed twice. These templates are built to be quick: type a name, press tab, type the next one. Everything is editable as an editable SVG, and the place cards are laid out ten to an A4 sheet so a hundred names print on ten pages.
Menu templates come in a tall 4 by 9 inch card for a place setting, a 5 by 7 card, and an A4 shared menu for the middle of a long table. Three course, four course and buffet layouts are all supplied, with dietary icons for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and nut allergy so the kitchen and the guest see the same information. Place cards come tented for a folded card and flat for a card that leans against a glass, and both carry an optional meal choice mark on the reverse for servers.
Print ready PDFs export at 300 DPI with 3 mm bleed and cut marks, and a home printing version drops the bleed so you can trim with scissors. Licensed for one event; the templates may not be resold or shared.

Printing tips for the best result
Print at 100% or "actual size" rather than "fit to page", otherwise the margins shift and the pages stop lining up. 4x9 in and 5x7 in and 3.5x2 in and A4 are both included, so pick whichever your printer is loaded with. Plain paper is fine for worksheets; use 160-300 gsm card for anything you plan to cut out, and laminate or slide pages into a wallet when they need to survive a dry-wipe pen.
What the licence allows
Your purchase covers personal use and use in a single classroom by one teacher. Print as many copies as you need for your own family or class.
