About this printable
Every event needs more signs than anyone plans for, and printing them at a shop individually is expensive. This set covers the lot, editable in a free Inkscape download.
It includes welcome boards, menus in three sizes, table numbers and names, an order of the day, a seating chart, directional signs, a gift and cards table sign, and blank templates for whatever is specific to your event.

Printing tips for the best result
Print at 100% or "actual size" rather than "fit to page", otherwise the margins shift and the pages stop lining up. A4 and US Letter are both included, so pick whichever your printer is loaded with. Plain paper is fine for worksheets; use 160-300 gsm card for anything you plan to cut out, and laminate or slide pages into a wallet when they need to survive a dry-wipe pen.
What the licence allows
Your purchase covers personal use and use in a single classroom by one teacher. Print as many copies as you need for your own family or class. Can I change the fonts and colours?
Yes - everything is editable in Canva, including fonts, colours, sizes and photos.
Can a print shop handle these files?
Yes. Export as PDF Print from Canva; the templates are set up at 300 DPI with 3 mm bleed, which is what print shops ask for.
