About this printable
Holiday budgets fail in the same two places every time: the costs before departure get forgotten, and nobody tracks the daily spending until it is too late. This pack handles both.
The planning half covers flights, accommodation, insurance, visas, transfers and the things people leave out, with a column for what you estimated against what you paid. The tracking half is a daily log with space for the local currency and the converted amount, plus a running total.
There is a split sheet for working out who owes what on a group trip, which saves the awkward conversation at the end. Supplied as a printable PDF (six pages plus a cover, A4 and US Letter) and an Excel version.

Printing tips for the best result
Print at 100% or "actual size" rather than "fit to page", otherwise the margins shift and the pages stop lining up. A4 and US Letter are both included, so pick whichever your printer is loaded with. Plain paper is fine for worksheets; use 160-300 gsm card for anything you plan to cut out, and laminate or slide pages into a wallet when they need to survive a dry-wipe pen.
What the licence allows
