About this download

A digital planner is only worth carrying if it stays simple enough to keep using. This one gives you one undated monthly spread, one weekly spread and one daily page, which you duplicate in GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo or Samsung Notes as often as you need. The pages have no hyperlinks or tabs; you move between them with your app's own page view.

The daily page has time blocking and a three priority block. A planner index lists the sections, and an insert page suggests twelve sections to add behind the planner: notes, finance, projects, health, study, meals, travel, reading, ideas, contacts, a password hint list and a journal. Because the pages are undated you write the month and dates in yourself, which means the same file is still current next year. A ZIP of 30 PNG stickers with transparent backgrounds is included for headers and flags.

Delivery is a 7-page PDF plus the sticker ZIP, and the setup guide page shows how to import the PDF into GoodNotes, Notability and Android apps step by step. Personal use is licensed; resale and redistribution are not permitted.

Printing tips for the best result

Print at 100% or "actual size" rather than "fit to page", otherwise the margins shift and the pages stop lining up. Digital are both included, so pick whichever your printer is loaded with. Plain paper is fine for worksheets; use 160-300 gsm card for anything you plan to cut out, and laminate or slide pages into a wallet when they need to survive a dry-wipe pen.

What the licence allows

Your purchase covers personal use and use in a single classroom by one teacher. Print as many copies as you need for your own family or class.
