About this printable
A seating chart is the one sign every guest actually reads, usually in a queue, usually in poor light. This template is built for that moment: large type, high contrast, and a layout that still works when you have to squeeze in two more names the night before. Print it at home in sections, or send the PDF to a print shop or a local sign printer.
The chart pages are A-series proportions, so a print shop can print them straight to A2 or A1. Three layouts cover a chart by table number, a chart by table name for couples using words rather than digits, and an alphabetical list of guests with their table beside each name, which is the fastest one for a large wedding. Write the names in by hand, or edit the PDF in Inkscape. Matching table number cards, a card for the top table and an escort card sheet complete the set.

Printing tips for the best result
Print at 100% or "actual size" rather than "fit to page", otherwise the margins shift and the pages stop lining up. A4 are both included, so pick whichever your printer is loaded with. Plain paper is fine for worksheets; use 160-300 gsm card for anything you plan to cut out, and laminate or slide pages into a wallet when they need to survive a dry-wipe pen.
What the licence allows
Your purchase covers personal use and use in a single classroom by one teacher. Print as many copies as you need for your own family or class.
