About this printable

This printable baby first year memory book turns loose photos and half remembered dates into one keepsake you will actually finish. It is written for first time parents who want structure on the page rather than a blank scrapbook, and every prompt is short enough to fill in during a nap.

The book opens with pregnancy notes and the birth story, then moves month by month through the first year with room for a photo, weight and length, new sounds, favourite foods and one line about what changed. Later sections cover first tooth, first word, first steps, first haircut, the first birthday party, doctor visits, vaccination dates and a two generation family tree. Because each page asks a question, you write two or three lines instead of facing an empty sheet.

Plain paper is fine for worksheets; use 160-300 gsm card for anything you plan to cut out, and laminate or slide pages into a wallet when they need to survive a dry-wipe pen.
